FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 Q: How much does a typical monthly package go for ? 

A: It can range anywhere form $199 -$299 a month, depending on the season, and if you have been a customer with me before. My best recommendation is to touch bases with me before signing up. 

Q: Let's say I'm not looking for a monthly package but would like to get your selections on a given day, how do I do it ? 

A: The best way is to go to the link that says Northcoast Sports, and once there go to the NC Store, and then the Community Line. Daily selections cost $20.00 

Q: How do you rate your selections ? 

A: My plays are rated 3, 4, and 5* 's. A customer that plays $50 dollars per star/unit, a typical wager should be as follows: 3*- $150, 4*- $200, 5* $250. This would be the amount to win on a wager. If it were baseball, then a 7-5 favorite the risk would be $210 to win $150 on a 3*. 

Q: If you have a Game of the Year how should I play it ? 

A: I tell customers you can play it one star more than a 5*. (a Game of the Year would get a rating of a 5*) but by no means is this game a lock or sure thing. Money management is a key, and a GOY, while it should be expected to win more times than it loses, doesn't guarantee anything. 

Q: At several different services the main man does not talk to his customers directly, they let their staff. How do you handle it ? 

A: On several occasions, when I know there will be heavy call volume on my tape, I will list an e-mail / voice mail which gives customers an avenue to contact me. I believe a personal approach is the best way. 

Q: Do you use power ratings ? 

A: I do, but not as much as some handicappers. Most importantly, I use them at the outset of the College Basketball season.  

Q: What sports do you handicap the best ? 

A:  With 36 top ten finishes w/ the Sports Monitor over 10 years, it is pretty much spread out. However, taking a close look at it, Pro Basketball, regular and post season have produced the most top 10 finishes.
